We at Our Family Storybook heard that ancestry.com is discontinuing several services, including MyCanvas, their book application.

According to our research, ancestry.com is offering no option to transfer MyCanvas book projects to another website, nor are they providing the ability to download project files.

It’s worse. At the moment, MyCanvas members cannot download or transfer files to other online book applications and consequently they will not be able to rebuild MyCanvas projects.
